So i wrote this article about the group back in February, but i forgot about it until it was mentioned at a meeting yesterday, I’m posting two different PDFs, just the PDF of the article i wrote and this one has the entire newsletter. That, more or less, is the short answer to the supposedly incredibly complicated and confusing question of what we humans should eat in order to be maximally healthy. I hate to give away the game right here at the beginning of a long essay, and I confess that I’m tempted to complicate matters in the interest of keeping things going for a few thousand more words… (more here)

One of the stories in here is an interview with me about our group. Despite the fact that it says James Silas was one of the authors, it was really me, Silas James. I was trying to be low profile.
